The yellowish half-gallon bottles are Trader Joe’s organic “Cream Top” whole milk. Cream top is just code for not-homogenized, which is pretty hard to find, and which I discovered makes a much firmer curd than homogenized whole milk when I used it for our 3rd farmhouse cheddar.
Making MORE cheese… are you bring any to the wedding in june or maybe a better question will some be done by the wedding?

Yes! I think one or two may be ready by then and I’m planning on bringing some… it’ll probably survive a small plane flight :)
