Not having much time to blog, here’s the short version.
Our trip was pretty rough to get to Paris, but we made it yesterday at around 2pm at our hotel in the 6th arrondissement.
After a little rest/shower, we managed to visit Notre-Dame de Paris, walk around many little cute streets, hear accordionists play in random places (I thought it was a myth) see the Centre George Pompidou, eat a croque-monsieur, a nutella crepe, sit at 3 cafes, eat a delicious raclette, take the metro at least 4 or 5 times and strangely feel like we took our time.
Tonight we have plans for dinner with a friend and the intention to see many things before that.
Yey for Paris! I love it!
Glad to hear you made it. Although the take off was delayed, the AA website said you’d arrive at 10:30 AM, so I’m surprised that you got to the hotel at 2 PM – something must have happened. Post when you can. We’re looking forward to hearing about your adventures.

Dad, see #10-13 on How to get to Paris.
Hi Stephanie.
I am actually your cousin. Don’t know if you remember me, but dad wrote to me today to say hi and told me to check out your wonderful blogsite. I love the name – very original. I can’t believe what a stunning, beautiful young woman you have become. I have some great pictures of you as a baby, in my house, when I was, maybe, 11 years old. You were my petit chouxchoux for the time that you were visiting. Much better than a stupid doll….send my regards to Aurelie if you are still there. And to your mom, too. Perhaps we will meet if my family and I come up to San Fran this summer.
